What our storage actually looks like

  • Indoor, covered warehouse. Not a covered yard or a tarp shed.
  • Dry. Walk in and smell. We'll show you the warehouse before you book.
  • Pest-controlled with monthly fumigation by a licensed contractor.
  • Individually sealed customer sections, with the seal photographed at drop-off.
  • 24-hour CCTV plus a live watchman, fenced perimeter.
  • Mattresses raised off the floor, wooden furniture covered, electronics in original packaging where possible.

The four scenarios storage solves

  1. The lease gap. Old place ends on the 15th, new place starts on the 28th. Two weeks of storage costs less than a hotel.
  2. The renovation overlap. Get your bedroom furniture out of the dust. Move it back when the work is done.
  3. Downsizing. The kids have moved out. You haven't decided what to keep, what to sell, what to give away. Storage gives you 6 to 12 months to make those decisions properly.
  4. Cross-city move with delayed possession. You've moved Lahore to Karachi and the new society's possession date keeps slipping. Storage at the destination keeps your stuff safe while the legal process resolves.

What stores well, what doesn't

Most household items store fine for 6 to 12 months. Wooden furniture, sealed kitchenware, books in sealed cartons, bedding in vacuum bags, electronics in original packaging. Mattresses and sofas store fine with sleeves and elevation. Carpets get rolled tightly and treated for moths.

Don't store: lithium batteries, perishables, paint, chemicals, anything you might need access to suddenly. Jewellery and important documents go to a bank locker, not our warehouse.

How a storage booking works

  1. Survey. We come to you, count, and estimate your storage volume in cubic feet.
  2. Quote. Monthly rate plus the move-in cost, valid for 14 days.
  3. Drop-off day. We pack and load at your old place, drive to the warehouse, unload and seal your section. Inventory signed by you.
  4. Storage period. Monthly bill, no surprises. Visit by appointment if you need access.
  5. Pickup day. 48 to 72 hours notice, we load your stuff onto a truck and deliver to wherever it needs to go next.

Common questions about our storage.

01How is storage priced?

Storage is priced by the cubic foot per month. In Lahore the rate is PKR 40 to 60 per cubic foot per month, depending on duration. A typical 2-BHK takes 200 to 300 cubic feet, so the monthly cost is PKR 8,000 to 18,000. Move-in and move-out are billed separately as a half-day move at each end.

02What's the minimum storage period?

Most facilities ask for one month minimum, then bill on a month-by-month basis. Commitments of 3 or 6 months upfront usually unlock a 5 to 15 percent discount.

03Is the warehouse climate controlled?

Our storage is indoor, dry, and ventilated. We don't run full air-conditioning (very few facilities in Pakistan do, and at this price point it's not standard) but we keep the warehouse covered, dehumidified, and pest-controlled with monthly fumigation.

04Can I access my items mid-storage?

Yes, by appointment. 48 to 72 hours notice and we'll have your items accessible. Standard visits are free for the first hour. Full retrievals (taking everything out before the planned end date) are billed as a normal move at the day's rate.

05What's not allowed in storage?

No perishables, no chemicals, no flammables, no firearms, no live plants or animals, no jewellery (we recommend a bank locker), and no documents you might need urgent access to. Lithium batteries (laptops, vapes, drills) need to be removed from devices before storage.

06How is my stuff secured?

Each customer's items go into a sealed area or a locked container with the seal photographed at drop-off. The warehouse has 24-hour CCTV, a watchman, and a fenced perimeter. We document the inventory at drop-off and again at retrieval, both signed.
