01How do you minimise downtime during an office move?

Most office moves run Friday evening through Sunday so your team is back online Monday morning. IT goes first (Friday evening, online Saturday), then furniture and non-critical items Saturday, then staging and cleanup Sunday.

02Do you handle servers and networking equipment?

Yes. We use shock-resistant crates for server racks, label every cable, take photos of network configurations before disconnection, and reconnect at the new site. Your IT lead can be on-site with us throughout.

03Can you sign an NDA for sensitive document moves?

Yes, NDAs are standard on every office contract. Crew handling sensitive documents are background-checked and chain-of-custody is signed at both ends.

04What about file boxes and archives?

We provide secure file boxes with tamper-evident tape and a numbered manifest. Old archives going to off-site storage can stay with us at our warehouse for short or long term.

05What does an office move cost?

Office moves typically range from PKR 50,000 for a small office (5-10 workstations) to PKR 300,000+ for a multi-floor headquarters. Pricing depends on workstations, IT volume, weekend vs weekday, and floors. We do an on-site survey before quoting.

06Can you move just specific equipment (e.g. just the server rack)?

Yes, partial moves are common. Just one server rack, just the executive office, just the conference room AV, tell us what's in scope and we'll price that.
