Why we exist.
The Pakistani moving market is dominated by ad-hoc crews booked through a phone number from a Facebook ad. The quote shifts on move day. The crew is unrecognisable from the one promised. Things break. Nobody answers when you call back.
We started Urban Movers because there's no good reason that should be normal. Every modern moving market , UK, GCC, US, has solved this with trained crews, written quotes, and real accountability. Pakistan deserves the same.
Trained, paid, accountable.
Our crew are background-checked, on payroll, and uniformed. They turn up in our vehicles, with our packing material, and they go home to a paycheck, not to a different employer next week.
That sounds basic, and it is. But it's also the difference between a move that takes 4 hours and one that takes a full day with three things broken at the end.
Call the owner directly.
Every quote we send has the company owner's direct number on it. If the move goes sideways, even a small thing, you call that number, not a call centre.
We're a new company. Our reputation is the only thing we have. We treat every move like the one that'll decide whether you recommend us to your sister.
I started Urban Movers because I'd had three bad moves in five years, quotes that shifted on move day, crews I'd never met before, things broken, and nobody to call.
Pakistan's moving market is full of brokers reselling daily labour. We're trying to be the opposite: trained crew on payroll, in our own vehicles, with written quotes and a phone number that reaches me directly.
