Honest pricing brackets by house size, packing scope, distance, and add-ons. No filler, no 'starts from'. Real numbers we quote on Lahore moves this year.
Most movers in Lahore won't put a number on their site. You'll see “starts from PKR 15,000” and a contact form. That's deliberate. The lower the headline number, the more enquiries they get, and the more chances they have to upsell on the day.
We think the opposite. If you're reading this you probably want a real bracket so you can budget. Here it is. These are the actual ranges we quote on moves in Lahore in 2026, with no anchor pricing, no “starts from”, and no surprises baked into the small print.
What actually drives the price
Six things move the number. Once you understand them, every quote you read makes more sense.
- House size, measured in bedrooms, not square feet. A 1-BHK takes 30 to 40 cartons. A 4-BHK takes 90 plus.
- Packing scope. Self-pack, partial pack (the crew packs only fragiles and kitchen), or full pack. Full pack roughly doubles the cost of self-pack but saves you a week of evenings.
- Distance. Within-Lahore moves run on a fixed half-day or full-day schedule. Intercity moves charge by truck type and distance.
- Floor and lift access. Third floor with no working lift adds about 15% in labour. Ground floor with a driveway saves about 10%.
- Add-ons. Split AC dismantle, solar panel detachment, geyser, CCTV, TV wall mount, fitted wardrobe. Each is a separate line item.
- Day of the week and time of year. Saturday in summer (peak season, March to July) is the priciest slot. Mid- week in winter is the cheapest.
Within-Lahore moves (full packing, mid-week)
These are typical PKR brackets for a complete service: packing material, packing, dismantling, loading, transit, unloading, reassembly, and basic transit cover. No add-ons.
- 1-BHK apartment: PKR 22,000 to 32,000
- 2-BHK house or apartment: PKR 32,000 to 50,000
- 3-BHK house: PKR 45,000 to 75,000
- 4-BHK house: PKR 75,000 to 1,25,000
- 5-BHK+ or large house: PKR 1,25,000 plus, quoted after survey
If you self-pack everything except fragiles and kitchen, knock roughly 25 to 35 percent off the figures above. If you self-pack everything including fragiles (we don't recommend it for anything over a 1-BHK), you save another 10 to 15 percent but you also take on the breakage risk.
Intercity (full packing, basic cover)
Intercity moves price differently. The crew costs about the same as a within-Lahore move, but you also pay for a long-haul truck (usually a Hino or a 22-foot container), the driver, fuel, and motorway tolls.
Lahore to Karachi (about 1,200 km, the longest common route):
- 1-BHK: PKR 65,000 to 90,000
- 2-BHK: PKR 95,000 to 1,40,000
- 3-BHK: PKR 1,40,000 to 2,10,000
- 4-BHK: PKR 2,00,000 to 2,80,000
Lahore to Islamabad / Rawalpindi (about 380 km):
- 1-BHK: PKR 35,000 to 55,000
- 2-BHK: PKR 55,000 to 80,000
- 3-BHK: PKR 80,000 to 1,20,000
Other Pakistani routes scale roughly with distance. Multan and Faisalabad are about 60 to 70 percent of the Karachi rate. Peshawar runs slightly higher than Islamabad. We'll quote an exact number after a survey.
Add-ons (each priced separately)
- Split AC, uninstall and remount: PKR 4,000 to 6,000 per unit. Higher if the gas needs topping up.
- Solar panel detachment and remount: PKR 30,000 to 50,000 for a typical 5 to 10 kW residential setup. Depends on inverter relocation, panel count, and rewiring scope.
- CCTV cameras: PKR 1,800 to 2,500 per camera, including rewiring and bracket reinstall.
- Geyser (gas or electric): PKR 3,000 to 5,000. Connection certification is your responsibility, not ours.
- TV wall mount:PKR 1,500 to 2,500 per TV, including the bracket if you don't have one.
- Fitted wardrobe: PKR 8,000 to 15,000, depending on size, fittings, and whether the back panel needs replacement.
- Piano:PKR 8,000 to 18,000 within Lahore. Yes, we move them. Yes, we've had practice.
- Heavy safes (above 100 kg): PKR 5,000 to 12,000 depending on weight, floor, and stair count.
Storage and packing-only
- Storage: PKR 40 to 60 per cubic foot per month in Lahore. A typical 2-BHK takes about 250 cubic feet of storage, so figure PKR 10,000 to 15,000 per month.
- Packing-only (no transport): PKR 2,000 to 3,500 per BHK. We bring the material and the crew, you arrange your own truck or move it yourself.

What you should NOT pay for
A few line items show up in some quotes that shouldn't. If you see these, ask.
- “Per visit” charges before the move.Surveys are free. If a mover charges you to come look at your stuff, walk.
- “Society NOC fee” or “gate-pass processing”. The mover should help you coordinate, not charge you for it.
- “Bubble wrap supplement” on the day.Packing material is part of full-pack pricing. If they say they ran out, that's their problem, not yours.
- Mandatory insurance with no documents. Either show me the cover document or take it off my bill.
